Alleged Smuggler Foiled By 24 Snakes Geckos

Summary

October 28, 2009: An MSNBC article reports on a Norwegian man caught smuggling two dozen reptiles into the country by hiding them inside his clothing. He had 14 pythons, each placed in an individual stocking and taped to his chest, and 10 geckos in small tins taped to the inside of his thighs.

Customs agent Helga Breilid said "Customs officers quickly realized the man was smuggling animals, because his whole body was in constant motion."
