Game and Story Use

• Like a shapeshifter, the aswang takes the form a beautiful woman during the day, but turns into a bloodsucking creature at night. She has a long, slithering tongue, which she inserts into the victim's throat to draw blood.

• A pregnant woman is accused for being an aswang, because it is well-known that such creatures appear bloated after feeding.
