Game and Story Use

• This is a good example of how rats, mice, pigeons and similar "standard" vermin need not be the only possibilities. More exotic vermin are also possible, and can make for some great local color - especially if they have been imported from other continents.
  • In a setting that has contact with alien worlds or other planes, even more exotic vermin are possible. These might not be worth a combat encounter, but they can still make a pest of themselves.
