Hi. I saw an interesting article in the news (something about someone claiming to have encountered a vampire), but I can't seem to create a page for it (either by using the "new page" item on the sidebar or by creating a redlink and clicking through). Any ideas?

This is strange - the permissions for this site only require that you are a registered member of Wikidot.com for creating new pages, which you are. One problem might be if the name of the new page is too long - but if it's Police Release Video Of Man's Cop Car Dance, then I, at least, got to the "create page" and "edit" windows with any problems.

You can use the Join Site function to become a member of this wiki, just in case this makes a difference (though it shouldn't, according to the permissions I set). If that doesn't help, I can only recommend contacting Wikidot.com staff and referring them to this thread (to show that it's not an issue with the site permissions).

I haven't heard back from the people at Wikidot. Can someone create the page so that I can add content?

So the bit that says "the page (name) does not exist, would you like to create it? (link to create page)" doesn't appear?
Hmm… having just tried this, I've noticed that it flashes through the create option page and takes you straight to page creation… which is completely blank until you scroll down to the edit box. Could you try again and then, if you get another blank page, try scrolling as far down as you can? If an edit box appears we may have diagnosed the problem…
