Here's an idea I just had:
As you might have been aware, I've developed a bunch of Perl scripts which allow me to convert the Arcana Wiki into a Kindle-compatible ebook. Thus, I have the following suggestion: I could upload this ebook as a publisher to Mobipocket.Com, charge a very low price for it - and thus make it available on both the MobiPocket and the Amazon store (since Amazon owns Mobipocket and all works published on Mobipocket.Com are also automatically made available at Amazon).
Legally, this is possible. After all, the entire Arcana Wiki operates under a Creative Commons license (look at the legalese at the bottom of each page). And being made available at such huge sites would bring the Arcana Wiki a lot more attention, especially since the number of role-playing game products available for the Kindle can currently be counted on one hand. Plus, both sites allow for updated files and an unlimited number of downloads - allowing me to periodically update the ebook and make the updated version available to all customers without charging them again.
Your thoughts? Is this a good idea or not?
