Yeah, I've become converted to the idea of making Redirect Pages. At first I thought they were an unnecessary bit of clutter that could be handled just as well by a bit of editing on the page. But that was before I did the page for Queen Victoria and discovered that in order to follow Wikipedia usage I had to call her "Victoria of the United Kingdom". Which meant that every place I wrote "Queen Victoria", I had to change it to "Victoria of the United Kingdom | Queen Victoria" so that the tag would go to the right place. Or else use "Victoria of the United Kingdom" instead of "Queen Victoria" when I wanted to link to Her Majesty's Page.
("Her Majesty's Page"? Sounds like some kind of footman.)
I understand why Wikipedia follows a format of "REIGN NAME of COUNTRY" for kings and such; it enables the site and us to easily differentiate Henry II of France from Henry II of England. But Queen Blessed Victoria! There is only one Victoria Regina. Still, as Emerson said, "A foolish consistency is better than no consistency at all."
Or something like that.
