Well, the article is posted at numerous sites in its entirety, all linked to in the article itself (or all linked to in the article when I posted it, at any rate). Those reproductions have never been challenged by the New York Times (the originating source) and, this being the case, I doubt there is any trouble with using the article in question as part of a similar reference work (such as this wiki).

I'd still rather see a summary here - I don't want the legal trouble, and since this wiki falls under a Creative Commons license I could get into legal trouble over this, since the New York Times clearly has copyright on the article.

I'll search for those sources when I have the time in the next few days and put a summary with a link up instead - though if someone wants to do it instead me I wouldn't complain either…
