Kartchner Caverns State Park
Basic Information
The limestone caverns at Kartchner Caverns State Park near Benson, Arizona were unknown to humanity until 1974 when two cave delvers found it. To protect their pristine condition they kept the caves a secret for 14 years. They gained the cooperation of the Kartchner family - which owned the land - and agreed to carefully develop its potentially for limited tourism in order to protect it. This culminated in a secret visit by the state governor and two bodyguards in 1985 to show him the caves, and the caves were announced to the public and sold to the state in 1988.

- Let's assume that someone used those many, many years to ritually prepare the caves for… something. And then this person or persons managed to get the governor to visit this ritual space… in secret. And then a few years later it becomes open to the public. What kinds of enchantments might lie on this place?
