August 7, 2012: The author proposes examining the frequency of Wikipedia edits of possible vice presidential candidates for Mitt Romney to determine who will be picked, noting that back in 2008, the Wikipedia entry of Sarah Palin experienced a flurry of edits before she was announced as a candidate. At the time of writing of this article, the leader was Senator Rob Portman of Ohio.
