RiSE is a small hexapod robot developed by Boston Dynamics. It is capable of climbing up walls, albeit slowly.

Game and Story Use

• Useful for assassinations - attach explosives, and then let it climb to the window behind which your target is located.
  • This technique is equally useful for distractions - if it explodes, the attention of the locals will be focused on this mysterious explosion and suspect that somebody infiltrated the building itself, which will soon be swarming with police and bomb disposal experts - allowing the perpetrator relatively free reign elsewhere.
• It's also useful for applying spy cameras where few people expect it.
