Sling Bullet

Basic Information

The sling bullet is an upgrade in sling ammunition from the default sling stone. Traditionally cast in lead¹ into an egg-like shape² the bullet has the aerodynamic performance of a well-smoothed pebble but far more mass - which translates to more energy on impact when fired at the same velocity and usually better range.

For RPG use the sling bullet could probably also be cast in special materials if necessary - so long as the players remember that it's not really a penetrating weapon and so can't be relied on to actually enter the target.
