  • Dungeons are more common in real life than most people think…
  • Seattle has an extensive underground, too. The streets were raised (by 10 to 30 feet in most of the downtown area) and filled in, and disused tunnels still connect the old buildings at what used to be street level. This came about because of flooding and a fire - perhaps Leavenworth has some forgotten disaster in it's past that resulted in paving over and building on top the old city.
    • Or other cities, especially really old ones with colorful pasts, could be built up in layers like this.
