The Tokyo Fireball is an anime trope. In many anime series, Tokyo gets destroyed in a spectacular fashion, and possibly rebuilt later on.

Game and Story Use

• Sometimes you just need to blow up a major city to show the PCs that the situation is serious. Don't feel compelled to limit yourself to Tokyo, though.
  • The American equivalent, for example, is "Big Applesauce".
